When mail arrives for you, we scan the envelope and immediately notify you by email — you don't need to call in or check with us. We then forward the scanned image directly to you. This proactive service is included in your plan at no extra cost. To activate mail handling, you'll need a completed and notarized USPS Form 1583, a copy of your photo ID, and your Company Tax ID.
