Is there a minimum booking time, and can I book in smaller increments?
Yes. Meeting and conference room bookings have a 2-hour minimum, and additional time can be added in 15-minute increments — so you're not stuck paying for a full extra hour if your meeting runs just a little long.
What's the difference between a meeting room and a conference room?
The meeting room is a smaller, private space — ideal for calls, interviews, or one-on-one client work. The conference room is our larger, boardroom-style space for bigger groups, and comes with an 85" TV with casting, a whiteboard wall, a video conferencing system, and frosted privacy windows for confidential discussions.
How many people can each room hold?
The meeting room comfortably seats 2-4 people. The conference room comfortably seats 6–8 people around the table, with capacity for up to 10.
Do I need to be a member to book either room?
No — both the meeting room and conference room are open to members and non-members. Members receive discounted rates (roughly 50% off) on both.
Is there a way to save money if I need recurring meeting space?
Yes. Both rooms are available as 10-hour bundles you can use on your own schedule — no contract required: Meeting Room Bundle: $300 for 10 hours (vs. $400 hourly rate) — save $100, 25% off. Ideal for 2–4 people. Conference Room Bundle: $500 for 10 hours (vs. $700 hourly rate) — save $200, 30% off. Ideal for 6–8 people.
How do the bundles work?
Purchase the bundle once, then book your hours whenever you need them — in a single long session or spread across multiple meetings. There's no long-term commitment; you just show up and the room is ready.
