What's the minimum booking time for the event space?
Reservations require a minimum of 2 hours. Beyond that, you can book in hourly increments (1 hr, 2 hr, 3 hr, etc.) to fit your event.
Is set-up and tear-down time included?
Yes. Every booking includes a 30-minute set-up window before your event and a 30-minute tear-down window after, so you have time to prepare and pack up without cutting into your event time.
Can I book the space outside of office hours?
After-hours availability is possible on Saturdays and weekdays after office hours. Just call us to inquire, since these bookings are arranged directly rather than through standard scheduling.
Do I need insurance to rent the event space?
Yes. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all event space rentals. Please have this ready before your booking is confirmed.
